My AHA from the middle of a day of madness in which I got accused from a friend that I am not taking people serious enough. People suffer from covid and its consequences on health as well as on finances and I would not be compassionate enough… Compassionate enough?
Now, don't get me wrong. Grief is grief, and nothing is worse than losing loved ones and one's health and of course it is a time when we need a lot of compassion with ourselves and others about our income and so many changes.
Now the question is: How do you let this affect you? You can spiral negatively downwards and let this get you down. In the olden psychology days we used to say: Are you a loser or a winner? Well, that's kind of rough language but also carries a valuable idea. Quitting means giving up and crying.
Everyone has once fallen down and stayed sitting in the dust crying. Now maybe that was when very young… However, is't it always about getting up, brushing off one's pants and moving on? Are your thoughts and emotions running you or are you running them?
Join me in choosing to think, feel and live life as a leader. We practice NLP as we are passionate about leading our thoughts. We practice Emotional Intelligence because we want to, and can, attract more joy and happiness into our lives. We are committed to consciousness as it is the only choice in this madness.
I believe as many people incur horrible consequences healthwise and financially, it is a time to learn on a deeper level, take opportunities one has not taken before and overcome hurtles in meaningful ways. In the middle of any madness, isn't it an amazing chance to fetch opportunities for grooming ourselves mentally, emotionally and spiritually – and begin building a more rewarding successful future… What a time to value life more than ever before.
