Hey Rahul, its Gregory here.
Thanks for being our actual first question in the cafe’. As a former soft skills trainer who had taken Emotional Intelligence I can right away say. I think the section when we teach about identifying emotions and teaching your students how to step in and out of emotions is effective. I had a batch of learners 250+ who came into class daily and had all these different thoughts and emotions before even sitting down to begin the session. I would actually do what we call Emotional Yoga, to get them in a proper learning state of mind before each session. As the course went on they actually would ask me at the beginning of the class that they were ready to do Emotional Yoga and how it put them in a positive and more receptive mind set. This is just one of the “tools” I use in Emotional Intelligence and I hope this answered your question. If you would like to know more about how EI can benefit you, please feel free to leave another mail I check them every 48 hours.
Hope this helps,Peace and Love.
Gregory
